For the past 6 1/2 years Carla Catherwood of CMC Entertainment has been putting on For the Luv of It! Live Entertainment Showcases. And now since she is moving to Toronto this will be the LAST CLUB VERSION OF THE SHOW IN VANCOUVER!

However, do not be mistaken... For the Luv of It! will still be around, but only through fee community workshops and the theatre shows that CMC Entertainment produces once a year to help raise scholarships for aspiring entertainers to move fwd and ahead in their careers!

SVS STYLE will be one of the many talented performers sharing the stage at VENUE!

She's a force to reckon with on and off the dancefloor! From house to hip hop & funk to reggae and back again, Dj She knows how to keep a crowd on their feet. Recently invited to open for Queen Latifah and compete in the 2010 Red Bull 3 Style competition, She's proven to be a hot commodity in the Vancouver music scene.

ERICA DEE
Erica Dee delivers an energetic and uplifting performance, filled with passion, love and positivity.At the age of only sixteen, she began her career as a solo mc, singing and rhyming over everything from beat boxing, to reggae to hip hop to house.Having shared the stage with artist like Lyrics Born of Blackaliscious, Keenie Star, Stanton Warriors, Warrior Queen and Scream.Live Vocals, Percussion and beats are combine to create a driving sounds ready for the crowd.

SVS STYLE
This is Vancouver's first true all-female hip-hop dance crew. With their special brand of hip-hop influenced by a variety of street dance forms such as house and b-girling, they manage to maintain their femininity while showing power and strength in all their performances.

(http://wristpect.com/) and MC Sir Lancelot with a special performance by the always amazing SVS Style. Toronto, Canada’s “Wristpect” has quickly become one of the most sought after, and highly regarded, entertainers in the country. The DJ-without-borders can harness a plethora of genres and
sounds to produce a superlative entertainment experience. The facts don’t lie - Wristpect’s success is unprecedented. He is not only the youngest, but only, entertainer ever nominated simultaneously for five Stylus Awards, and in 2009, he became Canada’s Club DJ of the Year. He also won the 2006 and 2007 Showdown DJ Battles, as well as the 2008 Stylus Showdown. Wristpect recently became an official member of Clinton Sparks’ “Smash Squad” DJ Crew.

As part of the Eastside Culture Crawl, Octopus Studios is hosting an event at their studio featuring artists, jewellers and more. SVS' very own DJ Bles-sed will be spinning hip hop, funk, electro and house.
